Apps built to become
real products.

Direct answer

Need an app developer in Cornwall?

I am Nathan Cole, an independent iOS developer based in Cornwall. I design, build, test and ship native iPhone and iPad products, and I currently have seven apps live on Apple’s App Store.

What I can take on

From an early idea to a maintained App Store release.

A useful first release is rarely the one with the most features. I help decide what the product must do, where native iOS adds real value and which risks need proving before the build expands.

  • Product definition, user journeys and release scope
  • Native Swift and SwiftUI implementation
  • Backend, account, subscription and data integration
  • Inherited app audits, rescue work and release blockers
  • Device testing, accessibility, App Store submission and iteration

First-party evidence

Seven shipped apps. Seven different product problems.

These are products I designed and built, not anonymous agency thumbnails. Every link opens a detailed product page with real App Store imagery and a build note.

Native, web or both?

The format should follow the job.

Native iOS is strongest when the product depends on the phone itself: camera, audio, location, notifications, offline reliability, subscriptions or a deeply polished daily interaction. A web app can be the better first move when reach, rapid validation or desktop workflows matter more.

I build both, so the first recommendation does not need to force every idea into an app.
